How can i get custom ring tones onto my cell phone?

If you have an sms capable phone(all nokias, plus others) and use pacbell, powertel, nevadea bell, or ia wireless networks you can send ringtones to your cell phone from http://gsm.getpaid.nl/, click on the link in the top bar that says send free ring tones. They have lots of rings in there archive. Most phones can only store one ring. They uasualy arrive within 2 minutes, but i've been told it can occasionaly take upto 4 hours.
