Slashdot. Don't read the so-called discussions, just the headlines.
Security Focus. Sorry they use forms & refreshes & shit. That's annoying, but the content is fantastic.
Hacker News Network. Read it every other day.

Web Pages:

I really like Ross Anderson's Home Page. Some of his papers like Why Cryptosystems Fail are good introductions to security.
Counterpane is cool.
