what is a tabulator

merriam-webster online dictionary defines a tabulator as: 1 : to put into tabular form 2 : to count, record, or list systematically i would here by like to add a definition which is 3 : to press tab on a keyboard many many many many times. such as when you use windows or the web with out the aid of a mouse.
