(COOLLIST) Atlanta Trip in Late October
[SAVE AND CLIP FOR VALUABLE PRIZES]
Greetings, (CL)ers. I keep meaning to change the name of this list,
but nothing really compelling has sprung into my mind yet. Therefore,
it will remain KEWLIST (or some spelling variation) for the time
being.
In the news... I will be making my semiyearly pilgrimage to Atlanta in
October. Specifically, I'll be flying Delta from Austin on Thursday,
October 24th. I'll be at Hartsfield from 8:06 PM to 8:55 PM when I
take a commuter jet to Chattanooga. But, I'll be returning to
Hotlanta on Friday night, around 10PM (I'm going to my high school's
football game to see my sister do her majorette routine during half
time, and then will be leaving from the game.)
That being homecoming weekend, I've thought a little about attending
the Tech football game. I'm unsure... I rarely went to them while I
was there, why should I go now? :) I will be hanging around with the
whole GaTech/Atlanta crew until Sunday afternoon when I'll return
home.
My flight back to Texifornia will be leaving from CHA at 7:50 AM with
a breakfast layover in Atlanta again from 8:30 to 9:30. I arrive in
Austin at 10:46, go home, have lunch, then work half a day.
So, what do I ask of you, the generous, kind, beautiful, and
intelligent readers of the mailing list? Well, I need stuff to do. I
might have some clips from "Worlds Away", a public access show I'm
producing about role-playing games. I doubt I'll have a new episode
of (COOLLIST) TV; I've been focusing my video production energy on
"Worlds Away", "The Show With No Name", and a project I'm doing for
the Basia mailing list. I'd like to go out dancing one night,
perhaps, and general geek stuff is always good.
Hope this meets well with ya. I can't wait!
