(COOLLIST) Might-y card

Yesterday, in my pile of mail was a blue card from a favorite magazine
of mine, _Might_. Its a very sarcastic zine about modern society, but
I hadn't seen an issue in a while. The card explained, and I quote it
for your enjoyment.

---- BEGIN BLUE CARD ----

			       We lied.

Sure, we here at Might magazine said that if you sent us some money,
that we'd be sending you a new issue every two months--you know, on
what is commonly known as a "regular schedule." Well, we sort of
lied. Actually, we didn't mean to lie _per se_, but our somewhat
complicated and mercurial and almost completely secretive production
process has, ever-so-temporarily, made liars out of us. In short, the
issue that you should have followed the Satan Issue (#12) will be a
little late; you will receive it in mid-October. We figure this is
perfectly okay, because we realize that most of you would have been
too caught up in the wonderful new television season--Michael J. Fox:
back in action!--to spend much time reading anyway. And it will all
be for the better in the end, because there is right now in the making
a deal that will transform Might from a magazine that was to write
pathetic little postcards like this one that not only comes out on
time, but buys and sells people like you for kicks.
Until that time, if you have any questions about your subscription,
please call us at 415-896-1528 or email us at mightmag@aol.com

P.S. No, you won't be "out" an issue. Your subscription will be
extended to reflect our schedule glitch.

			 P.P.S. We love you.

---- END BLUE CARD ----

See what I mean.
